PROGRAMS FOR ALL FITNESS LEVELS

No matter your goals, fitness level, health knowledge, or comfort level, we have something for everyone here at St. Pete Strength Center. Whether you’re looking for 1:1 personal training, want to train with a group of friends, want a hybrid of both, or are looking to rehabilitate and recover from injury, we have a program for you.

Our one on one training clients get the VIP treatment. We cater to our client needs by creating a program as unique as they are. There are no plateaus at SPSC. We just set our sights higher as we unlock more abilities and you keep getting stronger.

This is the group training for the serious strength athlete or someone with several years of lifting experience looking to get stronger than ever. Led by Chris, SG training is 2x a week in the am and afternoon. The SG clients also get 2 homework assignments to complete each week. Dylan offers small group training in his Sunshine City Strength “SCS” group class. The class is held 3 days a week and meets on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5PM and 6PM. Class is 1 hour long with a training split of lower body, upper body, and athletic-based training days. Each class is limited to 6 people. SCS group training is perfect for beginners or intermediate athletes.
