ABOUT US

ST PETE STRENGTH CENTER IS DEDICATED TO BUILDING A HEALTHIER COMMUNITY THROUGH PERSONAL FITNESS.

OUR GYM

St Pete Strength Center is dedicated to building a healthier community through personal fitness. With an 8-year legacy of serving local St Pete residents, the SPSC crew has become a vital part of the fitness community.

In 2015 Chris offered monthly Free community workouts at North Shore Park and continued to serve his community through COVID and other major changes. The tradition continues today with THE YARD workout, taking place every second Saturday at a local venue.

We are also proud of the annual non-profit 5k we have led at the end of every year since 2015. It’s a sell-out event called the Raptor Run 5k and it supports animal education at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve here in St Pete.

Whether you’re new to fitness, a seasoned athlete, or you’re training for longevity/rehabbing/looking to recover from an old injury – our team can empower you with the knowledge and guidance to achieve your fitness goals.

Real Coaches. Real Results

Using our combined knowledge we can get you back to feeling strong, pain-free, and motivated to reach any fitness goal. Our approach is to structure a plan, implement it with our clients, and then educate them to take ownership of their training protocols.

Chris has an unrivaled ability to excite and motivate, he uses weight training to take his clients to new and unimaginable levels in their physique and strength. Whether it’s for form or function, Chris can hold you accountable to take the steps needed to achieve your goals.

For most of his life, Chris was not the well-statured man he is today. From a young age, he accepted his smaller physique and lack of athletic ability. It wasn’t until 22 years of age that he decided he wanted more for himself, and that is what formed his special gift of inviting others to share his impassioned lifestyle. Inspired by the behemoths at the old YMCA he adopted bodybuilding, little did he know he’d spend his whole life committed to the process of getting stronger each day. So much so that he’s inspired to pass his knowledge on to anyone eager to do better for themselves.

Chris uses a variety of methods he’s acquired in his years of learning and self-exploration. As a NASM-certified trainer with 7 years of experience training over 100 different clients, he’s soaked up the knowledge necessary to coach you in just about anything. His functional bodybuilding methods produce exceptional results for all of his clients. He’s seen most frequently using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, cable machines, bands, and plate-loaded machines to transform his clients. However, he’s well-versed in body weight exercise, powerlifting, advanced mobility drills, and fun flow tools like maces and ropes.

Dylan is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and youth soccer coach with a strong passion for helping others. He found personal training in 2020 because he was searching for a career with greater meaning and always wanted to start his own business. Growing up playing sports and training for most of his life, he discovered that coaching and personal training was his best avenue to make an impact and improve others’ lives.

Dylan has experience training clients with many different body types, abilities, and skill levels. Whether it’s first-time gym goers, active individuals, athletes, pregnant women, or disabled individuals he has experience tailoring a program that works for them and gets them feeling great.

Dylan is dedicated to his clients and utilizes a number of tools to help them reach their goals and feel better.  He believes coaching is not a one-way street and in order to achieve the best results the coach must continuously listen and learn from their clients. He strongly believes in representing what he preaches and lives the practices that he applies to his clients. If you are looking to get more athletic, flexible, strong, and have fun doing it then Dylan is your trainer!
